jdm d15b vtec
The D15B is OBD1, so you can just use the D16Z6 computer. You will have to convert to OBD1, and MPFI if you haven't already done that.
EDIT: So you can either convert your OBDO DPFI harness to fit the engine (blown90hatch on this board makes OBD0-OBD1 conversion harnesses) to fit OBD1 MPFI VTEC, or do what most everyone else does with the MPFI; run the PM6 (Si) computer and run an RPM switch for VTEC. I would suggest getting your computer chipped so you can get the full benifits of the D15B.
Another EDIT: Ok, so there are OBD0 VTECs. lol woops.

thats funny last time i checked, the b16a in my rex is obd0

Yeah, I guess that happens sometimes. I mean I am retarded and all...
My bad. I edited my original post again...
I didn't know that there were VTEC engines before 92. First time I searched just now, I found one.

You can either use a P28 ecu (92-95 SOHC VTEC) or a PR3 or PW0 ecu. If you use the P28, then you'll need to get some sort of OBD0 to OBD1 wire harness conversion ( IM Blown90hatch for one). If you use a PR3 or PW0, then you can retain your stock harness and just add the necessary wires for VTEC and MPFI (if you need to).

Sorry to hi-jack your thread. But if you use a PWO or Pr3 i can use my stock harness and just run a wire for vtec activation? How much does one of these ECU's cost? This is the first time I've heard anyhting like this?
Yes, you can use your stock harness and just add the necessary wires like vtec activation, 2nd O2, and MPFI if need be. It would essentially be like wiring for a B16 swap. I have a mini-me in my 88 hatch running off an automatic PR3. This is not the best route to take, but for the budget I'm on, it works. The best way is to use the P28 and OBD1 to OBD0 conversion harness.

I think you would have to do something about the second O2 sensor that these ECUs look for, plus the knock sensor. You might need to get it chipped. Someone else might be able to help you there, I have NO experience with them. Just expressing my concern.

Yeah, I guess rechipping would alleviate that problem.
