Default What are your insurance costs on Prelude?

Does anybody wanna give me an idea of how much is insurance for the lude?...preferably 5th gen.

mine is $1302/yr for full coverage on a '92(which i'm dropping to just liability really soon), but i don't know how insurance is in Canada.

1992 - $1100 for upgraded coverage for 25+ insured.

Forgot to mention that I'm more interested in one-way insurance. But others types of insurance are fine too. I'll get some kind of idea...

you guys got it cheap...I pay 230 a month full coverage on a 95 vtec and a 500 deductable. It probebly doesnt help Im a 21 year old male

I pay $115 a month full coverage (Liability was $90) for '92 SI. I am insured with Progressive. I am also 25yrs old.

man when i was 16 i paid $365 a month! LOL

now i pay $280/month for full coverage plus insurance on my wheels and stereo.

I dunno I'm still on my parent's plan but I think its something like $900-1000/yr. for a 98. Oh and thats with a clean record and a $1000.00 deductable.

I paid about 1700 for full coverage a year for a 98 lude and I'm only 22. My insurance company is Infinity Insurance.

3- 35/25 speeding
1- 50/40 speeding
1- Too Fast For Conditions (accident)
3- Suspended Licenses (3 Months apiece)
1- Arrested for driving on suspended License
1- No Turn Signal
1- Disobey Traffic Signal

AAA Insurance on my 5th gen 1997 Base: 1600 6 Months...400 month for 4 pay, 2 free month plan.
AAA Insurance on a 1995 Vtec 1745 6 months
AAA Insurance on a 1995 SI 1680 6 Months
AAA Insurance 1992 S 1540 6 months
I was looking at getting a 4th gen and swapping into a 92 S, but all I could find was Autos and my car went buh bye from the lot by the time i found a suitable S Manual.

he not ne more...read my sig...she died back in June. When I hit 21 this Nov, I go down to 2 points on my Michigan License, and back to 5 points on AAA Insurance.
So it will drop to just about 1350 (+-) 100.

That's cool (about insurance drop). I'm 20, gonna be 21 once I get the lude. No tickets so far, one minor accident with a moron, at which no one was at fault (whatever, cop ). Live in Ontario, Canada. Hopefully gonna see some low $$ on the ins.

well if the ins is too much and you cant afford both drop me a line, cuz Im looking into getting another 5th gen. There are some im looking into here (Poweredbyprelude) But as of right now I kinda have to bide my time and see where the navy is taking me

Insurance rates will differ depending on, gender, company, driving record and what coverage you want. And if you live in NJ you're gonna get ripped off.

It's a subjective question
