Weird sound at 3k rpm

when i am driving and get around 3k i notice a very high pitched sound.
what is this or what should i check for??

I'm pretty sure it's your AEM intake. I have a Comptech Icebox and I get that high pitched noise too but I don't even notice it unless I'm purposely listening.

i have stock intake

my friend has aem and his does the same i just thought i would find out what it was
