GSR with ITR ECU?

I am planning on installing ITR cams. Can I use an ITR ECU?

A skunk2 intake manifold without the secondary runners should make it all work. correct???

i was thinking about doing the same thing

what are the pros/cons of getting a ITR ecu besides a raised redline?
