second o2 sensor bung
Does anyone have experience in welding an o2 sensor bung? I just got a new greddy header, but it only has one bung. I also bought a new bung and i need advice on how to weld it on.
OK, get one more bung, you need 2. The one in the header cant be used, plug it up with a bolt or something. Put the 2 sensord in factory first gen locations. 1 in each pipe of the

I've not had the problem yet but most of the exhaust work I do in my shop is with my Mig welder. Your gonna use a 20-30mm line. the larger the number the more splatter your gonna get. I'd suggest 23mm steel line with flux. If you don't know how to weld you might want to have a shop do it real quick. Most shops to bang that out in no time and it shouldn't be any more than 10 bucks. To much more than that and they are taking you for a ride. You can go to Not home deport or lowes one of the other ones. I can't recall the name off the top of head but they carry odd sized pieces. I hope this helps
or you can go buy this header - JDM Stainless Steel RS*R 421 b16 header
, has the o2 bungs already in it from the factory. here is a pic of it on my car, crappy digi, sorry. best i could do. it shows the placement of the o2s. it this position, i can take the o2's off no problem. no need to pull manifold off. i think this header is rare, so i wouldn't go looking for it. seriously this header kicks ***. noticeable gains and very nice clearance, and got rid of all my rattles and noises from my b16 stock manifold.

thanks for the space.

thanks, it would've looked nicer if i had taken the time to clean it up a bit. any tips on what to use to shine up stainless steel, is there any way off reviving it back to its original color and shine.
