Life Expectancy of a 2.0l

Is 270,000kms ( around 160,000miles ) getting near the end of the expected life of a 2.0l before rebuild? ( Checking out a 90 Prelude for the wife tommorrow )

um it depends on how the car was driven. but i would say yes, rebuild is about 400 if you do the work.
