Default removing turn signals

This is a dumb question but I have a 98 prelude and I was looking at the turn signals and could not figure out how to take them out. I could find no screws or nothing how do you take them out.

Get a long enough phillips head screw driver, and through the front of the bumper, you can see the screw holding the turn signals so that you can take them out
