ecu help

How can you tell if an ecu is obd0 or obd1
I have a pr3 ecu i got and it doesnt have the l.e.d light in the middle like all the other obd0 i have seen.

OBD IIb (left 3 plugs used)
OBD II ECU
OBD I ECU
OBD 0 (JDM PR3 and PWO)
