First off you have no way of knowing the miles on a jdm swap unless you get a clip with the odometer in it.
Second jdm motors aren't leagal to run in certain states without going throug a bunch of BS.
Third this has 42000 miles which you can do a carfax on and prove for yourself.
Fourth You dont have the Best offer option when buying a jdm motor..lol
And finally I was hoping for a local buyer like your self which would save you 2-300 dollars in shipping because you could come pick it up
