would a 96-00 civic coupe stock muffler fit on a 96-00 hb?

 

i dont think it will bolt right up, may need to have pipe modded.

 

Well I know from experience that the 99-00 Stock OEM Honda Civic Si rear section exhaust will not fit on my 96 civic hatch. The muffler is to wide and long, and will hit on your suspension and wheel and tire and under body. Also if you know Honda exhausts move around while you drive so it would not work. I even took it to a very good custom muffler shop and they told me it was way to big to fit right under the car, and it would rub on everything even if they made new hangers and piping to let the muffler hang lower.
