was wondering will i see gains if swap in cam gears on a integra type r? how do they work? and how do i know what adjustments/setting to set them at?
just trying to see how they will affect performance

Put on the cam gears and get thee to a dyno! The right way to tune cam gears is to dyno, make a change, dyno again. That is the best way to dial in cam gears.
