Default HELP!!!! Just changes timming belt but there is NO power?!!!!

Hey there i just changed my timming belt... And i got it done but there is NO power. The car runs ok. It idles really low at like 250-300rpm. I can not imanage that i'm off a tooth i checked and rechecked and rechecked (get the idea ;-)) but i bairly have any power. The motor sounds louder no too? Is it just me?
When we put the belt back on we lined up the cams and crank "dead on" the we would rotate the assembly and we wwould come up a toothe off? We did that a few times but still same result? So then we advanced the intake cam one tooth reassembled and rotated it and "BINGO" the marks are on. Great we think and button up the motor. Well that is where im at now.... I guess that i have to take it apart again GRRRR oh well... What are weekends for :-(
if you have anyideas they would be greatly appreacheted!!!!

Thanks Ken

yeah you messed up. all you're supposed to do is line the marks with the cams, and then put her back together and fire her up. if you rotate it around again, no the marks won't come up in line this time, but the engine will still be timed right. when you moved the intake one tooth you made your problem. sorry if my explination is a bit fuzzy...
