Is this a good price?
My friend is thinkin of gettin a used 00' PY. It has 18k miles on he said. What is a good price that he should pay for it? THe car is totally stock. Also, the buyer has all the service papers including oil changes and service intervals and such. It has brand new tires on it as well.

For that kind of car, stock and all papers and with the difficulty of getting them now, I would not be surprised if the seller could get within 2 K of sticker...
look around 21-22K for it, even w/ 18K miles...it is really rare to find stock ones for sale.

If it was being sold down here, that car would be an easy 24-26k. ITR's are impossible to find down here, especially stock and with all the service records.
