hey guys......

i was wondering if anyone has anything good (or bad) to say about McCulloch HID kits. http://www.mccullochhid.com/

just looking through their website and some information and they seem pretty good. i searched through some archived posts and came up with some decent feedback but nothing more recent........

I just picked me up a set 4500K.. Very clean and easy to install.. just make sure to purchase a couple 20 amp fuses before installing cause tey are not included. Very nice white with spec of blue in them when warmed up. Very bright and thing around me will glow The only thing I may find unsettling about them is when I first turn them on they tend to blink for a few seconds before settleing down, but after that there perfect. I had a hookup at a local shop here Speed Lab Fla (see sig.). A very nice kit.. I'll take some pics later on tonight if anybody is interested and I'll post them. A good buy...

thats cool.........pics would be nice.......where did you mount your ballasts?

there is currently a groupbuy on their new 5300k, 6000k, 8000k and 10000k kits from http://www.ultrabrightlights.com over on the HA.net board. if anyone else is interested go over and sign up. he needs 10 buyers to make this groupbuy happen...

i would go for the 5300k bulbs (for 280 shipped you cant beat it) . they may have a "slight" tint of blue which is fine by me......i just want some other feedback from this kit........i don't want to buy junk but so far they seem like they are pretty good...

ummm did you see this..not that it matters, just a look out.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Due to the recent DOT/NHTSA regulatory developments, all Gourmet Garage HID conversion kits (as well as any other brand name quality kits) will no longer be offered for sale in the US and its territories.

If you would like to find out more about the new policy, please go to this link <http://hidforum.com/forum/showthread...6#post4726>

If you would like to sign the petition to stop the banning to all HIDs in the US, please go to this link <http://www.petitiononline.com/hidfor...ition.html>

We apologize for this inconvenience and we hope we can introduce other quality products in the near future. Thank you for your continuous support.
