Default b16a (SiR-II) or XSi?

what is the real difference. i noticed that i can get the complete XSi for the price of a b16a (SiR-II) motor, tranny, ecu. Is it that the SiR-II comes with a hydro tranny or the production rates of either engine,etc... thanks.

you want the Xsi 92-93 170HP Motor with Cable Tranny.

they are stronger then regular b16a and comes with a YS1 Tranny Very Good Tranny Cable Tranny.

Also both are called SIR II the Civic 92-95 Also but those come with Hydro Tranny.

The SIR II Xsi motor will Come with a PR3 OBD1 ECU look out for that one of the Main Give aways!!!

hope this helps!!!

OK, I'll ask a follow-up... with all the places selling import motors & such, who is the best to buy from? Best prices vs. quality?
