Hey guys, my car just recently threw a CEL code "41", which has to do with the oxygen sensor heater. I was just wondering if anyone knows if this is part of the actual oxygen sensor? If so, since it is faulty do i just replace the whole oxygen sensor? Thanks in advance.

 

most likely it will be the sensor, replace it.

 

95% of the time it is the actual o2 sensor...but check the o2 heater circuit fuse in the driver side fuse box to be safe.

yeah i have that same problem only it came on when i took off the cat. i read that you will get really bad fuel economy and a little less performance so dont drive it around to long with that light on. so get that 02 senser. the dudes messed up my senser when getting me some piping.
