Turbo will be more efficient and the power level can be controlled.
The JRSC is a great unit, but lacks an air-water intercooler, which has been supposedly "in developement" for a long time. However, I drove an JRSC'ed 8psi GSR about a year ago and the instant power and midrange is really awesome.
Efficiency and overall power output the turbo wins, but for simplicity and easy install the JRSC wins.

Drag Kit = Poop

i have to agree with that... its best just to build custom turbo kit, the only thing i like in drag kit is upper charge pipe and intake pipe.. - so thats all i'd take from drag kit..
a good part of your investemnt should be into fuel managment and tuning.. next, better turbo parts will yeld better results and less trouble when it comes to reliability from turbo parts alone..
next, make up your mind on what you want to do https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=600716 - first, you want to sell the car.. now you want something else.. FI cost a good chunk of your wallet, so make sure thats what you want
as far as turbocharger vs supercharger - a small t3/t4 will respond so quick you'll have no need for supercharger..

I'm making 230whp at just over 6psi with my jrsc. Pardon my complete and utter ignorance , but I had absolutely no idea that Toda B's with 12:1 cr made more power than that.
You learn something new every day.

I would go Turbo over the JRSC,but far as the Drag kit that part is up to you.A good friend of mine got a Drag Gen 2 kit for his GSR a couple years back and bolted it on his stock motor and it ran reliable for over 60,000 miles! He started having problems after he started doing more upgrades to run more boost.I know that the JRSC are crap, because I have had to fix a hatch at a shop I was working at.The JRSC came apart and all the super charger internals went into the engine and destroyed everything. The JRSC and the complete long block had to be replaced so we called JR about it and all they did was replace the super charger not the long block.
i didnt know that hytech made a turbo.. hey have you all seen the new sport compact? the j's racing intake made the cut in the mag... i would go turbo if i were you
