1997 B16A2 motor and tranny
Leaking tranny fluid from the boot that covers where the shift rod meets the tranny. Boot is over each side, but it slowly dripping. I pulled one side of the boot off today, and it dumped out fluid. Is there a seal on the tranny side that could be bad? I looked in my book and online at diagrams but I cant seem to find a place where it could be coming from.

I havent changed it since I owned the car. If it was overfilled last time, would it come out there though?

Thanks man. I am gonna drain the fluid and pull the boot off tommorrow, and have a look inside. Hopefully thats what it is and I can just pop a new one in there.
