I dont know about other states (and Canada) but here in Chicago there's a crap load of cars with body stickers and neons. I thought that faded away???

I was told that its ok for all imports, but not for the Type R. I keep hearing that from people. Iheard this twice yesterday: "Your car would look sharp with body stickers on with a body kit, but I know you can't cause its a Type R".

Don't get me wrong, I dont want that for the R, just wondering why is the R excluded from all that fun stuff?? hehehe Im glad but wondering.. Anyone care to comment??

 

call me conceited but the R is above that stuff maybe? wow, thats a shitty thing to say, but oh well. Whatever floats your boat i guess...

 

I saw a PY R on the 5 in Austin last month, big Acura windshield banner and neon under it.

 

I never understood Honda and Acura widshiel banners...we know what make your car is dumbass...

 

You'd be surprised... 3 seperate people have asked me what kind of car I have (its a Civic, not an R). Granted, I took off all the badges but my god... people can be dumb. Windsheild banners are ghey tho, anyway you slice it. EV.

 

It depends on where you live in Chicago. Where I lived I never saw anything. Only when I went out to the white trash towns that I saw **** like that.

 

I have a banner on my car just b/c I think the damn windshield is too damn big...I put it on the day after I got the car. But I just got the windshield strip tinted so it will be coming off soon...

thinking of getting a spoon sports banner, nothing gay like honda or acura though.

 

dont laugh, but there is someone in a neighboring town, that put white and yellow leather in his py R. he then added some 18" axis sevens in white. the role call in white on the side is dope yo. meanwhile he not only made his car ugly, he made it slow. with like tv's and sh*t in it. prolly 800 lbs of crap in the trunk.

 

I like that as well, as far as tv's and cool **** too...but do it to a GSR...plus he could've had a sunroof and leather standard! for less money no less
