Default Lightened flywheel for a B16?

Is it worthwhile to run a lightened flywheel in my B16? I know a guy that runs one in his focus and said it made a huge difference. Has anyone run one and seen any improvements in 1/4 mile times? About how much for a good one? Thanks

I'd highly recommend. You probably wouldnt break any records in 1/4 mile times but you'll feel a considerable throttle response depending on the weight. Price go between $250-$400.

It will not net you faster 1/4 times, but it will be an overall better driving experience. The revs will drop and rise much faster as opossed to stock. I have a 8 lb ACT flywheel in my b16a and I love it!
