Default 1988 CRX Si w/ B20Z swap..NOVA..

Thinking about selling my CRX. car is an 88. shell has 257k miles on it.
car also features..
-99 B20z w/ 51k miles
-Y1 LSD cable tranny
-exedy organic clutch and flywheel
-skunk2 intake manifold
-DC sports stainless exhaust
-iceman intake
-tokiko 5 way adjustables w/ matched springs
-HX wheels painted black w/ azenis. also have stock 88 wheels
-working cold A/C..134a conversion

problems: the rear quarters are rusted out. typical for a car w/ this age and mileage, a body shop could fix it right up. minor tear in the driver's seat from the seatbelt. the hood is cut to make room for the 2.0 liter motor, but i also have the stock hood untouched.

asking 3500$ obo.

yes, about 15 mins south of warrenton, Virginia.

it's a great car to drive, i daily drive it. 1988 crx si only weights about 1950 so power to weight is awesome in this car, plus it still handles very well.

Hey SuperCivic, whats up? I sold my CRX a while back, and still have those JDM strut bars. You interested in buying them back? lol

yes, same motor, different car. i wanted to see how the b20 pulled in a car that was 200 lbs. lighter, so i bought this crx and switched the motors. i only took it to the track once w/ the b20 in the ef, and ran a 9.7 @ 72mph. i was thinking about going thursday to run the crx and see what the actual difference is, but seat of the pants tells me that the crx is definately a few tenths faster. i also wanted a car with a/c, which adds at least 40 lbs to the car, but is definately worth it to make the car a good daily driver.

are you willing to trade??, i live in nova also i think ive seen your rex running around here, anyway i have a 90 teg ls model, options- power steering, ac, power sunroof powere brakes. The body has like 150 k on the body and around 40 to 50 on the motor. Specs- lowered on skunk 2 coilovers, custom exhaust and rolling on some gunmetal circuit 8's, the motor is a b16a just put in about 3 or 4 months ago, runs perfect, it has a ls trans, no grinds what so ever, the interior is in really good shape, no tears, sparco shift **** with a pioneer cd player, reason for looking for another car is because i just want something different, and i just sold my ef civic before i got this and i miss it dearly, i am a honest guy and have taken very care of this car, if your interested just post back on here or just e mail me at patzdbeast@msn.com, for pics, i have to get my freind to take some pics on his digi cam or we can just meet up somewhere, i live right off of 234 in independent hill, lemme know.
