I'm going to look at a CRX today that I'm very interested in. it's a 1990 Si that sounds like it's had a quiet life so far. recently repainted.. all the rust spots have been fiberglass'd and painted over in the process so it should be in good shape. it was painted OEM yellow.

so I just wanted to say Hi. unless this car looks a lot worse than it was described, I will be getting it. I'm pretty prominent on one of the Impreza boards, so I know the whole "do a search n00b!" routine... and I know where the search button is. this will be my only fluff post. so yeah. hi, all.

I recognize a cult car when I see it. I am coming from Subaru-land after all. One of my last cars was a Legacy turbo from '93. that thing was crazy overbuilt. it was the only fully closed deck subaru block ever in the US, and they only put in 8.7 PSi in it. WTH.. anyways, there were only something like 1500 of them sold over here, so they're somewhat of a cult car. very hardcore bunch of guys.

usually cult cars are cult cars because the ARE that cool. and teh CRX is definitely that cool. I mean, sure it's only got 108 hp... but it only has to pull around 2000 lbs :D . plus they look cool. and that makes it faster :D . and it's not fast enough, hop out to a junkyard and grab a '91 B18 motor.

hmm.. a curse eh? I bought it from this guy and he said it was cursed. it came with a free cup of frogurt. then he told me that was cursed too.

I've got so much cursed stuff already, I can;t imagine this one would make things worse. I got a bra for my last Impreza, but I could I was replacing teh front bumper and hood so frequently that it made no sense to protect the parts from stone chips. I was getting new parts every 6 months anyways.
