I'm had both, but not all the same time. I didn't really see a difference, except the DC was lighter and the welds were on the outside. The itr was stainless steel so the material was nicer. However, no matter what it's made up of, it'll still dent when put on my CRX riding on VX wheels. I keep on seeing people say that the JDM DC hangs lower, etc....can someone show me a pic or measurement of each? I no longer have any of them, but am looking for another one sometime in the future.
