Cant adjust the bean on second gen JDM lights?

Cant adjust the bean on second gen JDM lights?

Is there supposed to be a metal box inside the JDM one piece headlights to direct the light like the USDM's have?

Yeap u can adjust the angle there are little silver ***** on the back of the light u have to adjust to change the angle. Cause the old ones were 3 piece u would just tilt the whole lamp. But on the JDM there 1 piece and u adjust the inside reflector
