I searched and searched, I am wondering if 16x7 Rotas 45 offset will....
fit if I put 215/45/16 Azenis on them on a 2000 Teg with a 1.5" drop.....don't tell me to search I already did.....

you could either use
205/40/16
or the one you mentioned
215/45/16 its just a tad widder...
and the 1.5 drop wont affect it..

The closest match to the OEM overall diameter is a 205/45/16.
If you want to go wider, the 215/40/16 will still be close.
If you do a 215/45/16, your overall diameter will increse (IMO) too much, throwing the speedometer too far off (again, IMO). Plenty of people are happy with lots of speedometer error, but personally, if I'm already pushing the upper end of police tolerance in regards to the speed limit, I definitely want to know my speed as precisely as possibly.
