Default 91 Sedan Exhaust Question

I am having trouble finding a cat back exhaust for a 91 civic ex sedan, all the companies I have tried only make cat backs for hatches and crxs except Bosal/Brospeed.
Does anybody know of a company that is better than Bosal that makes a cat back system for the sedan, OR, am I better off buying a universal muffler and having a "custom cat back" made to fit the car.
Is there really a difference between having a muffler shop make a catback, than to buy a complete catback from a manufacture (such as greddy, apexi, dc, etc...).
I know that crush bent is not good and mandrel bent is better.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

I had a local shop custom make one for mine for about $260. It's crush bent though but that's what you get for that price. I'm pretty sure mandrel bent is quite a bit more expensive, but I've never priced one from a shop so I wouldn't know. One thing you could do is go somewhere and have them check what pipe bends (in degrees) you would need and how much of each and just order the mandrel bends from Summit or somewhere like that. Then just have the shop supply the rest of the piping and the muffler and put it all together for you. Shouldn't cost too much that way. I'm gonna do this as soon as I get the money since no shops around here do mandrel bent systems. Good luck.

Man go buy a thermal and the olny difference is the tail pipe. I put a thermal on a customers car last sumer was a 89 civic 4 door we ordered a exhaust for a 89 civic HB and we had to get a piece of SS pipe 2 1/4" and about i believe it wa like 18" long. Best exhaust by far is the Thermal car has a nice note with the B16A.

I got quoted $150 for 2" mandrel piping, no muffler or installation, but all flanges and hangers. So add another $50 for muffler of my choice and bam, full exhaust for $200. Call around to some muffler shop and get some prices.
