....new cluster...needles.... how to get the needles off..?

well I just bought this cluster and the guy had gaytimer endiglo **** on it. i dont want em on. but dont wanna break the needles....

Just take 'em off. You don't need to remove the needles.

whatever you do be careful and try not to take/break them off... i put gauge faces on the stupid way and removed the speedometer needle. there is no locating device on the stem that drives the needle, so i had to drive behind my friend in his subaru with my cluster all apart, and at 40mph he turned on his blinkers and i installed the needle on the post at 40. been working pretty well ever since :-)
