there ya go.

its not too hard, you just need the whole front end, grill, lights, hood, bumper, fenders and you need a socket wrench and a screwdriver.

psst.i have a 99 civic bumper if you need one

You mean what it looks like when it's done? Just do search on "99 Civic".

You just change the hood, two fenders, and the head lights, right? The radiator support and what not stays there, correct?

aite, i did a 99-00 front end conversion on my 97 ex...all i needed was the fenders, hood, bumper, grill & headlights off a 99-00...everything was a simple bolt in process, with the exception of making a minor modification (cut) to the front bumper cover in order to make it fit over the existing radiator support....also 2 new holes need to be drilled into the radiator support since the existing holes will not align correctly with the new bumper...but overall, it is a very simple process. here are some pics of my conversion, minus the paint...(car comes out tomorrow from the bodyshop with '03 vw platinum gray paint ..so save the flaming..peace!)

its simple dude just take one piece off at a time and im sure you can just do it that way ...first do your fenders then your headlights then your bumper then your hood...voila you have a new car
