they have been out of stock for 3 MONTHS!!! I have been trying to get one for the longest time. I have contacted them and they are useless as to give an ETA for more to come in...

wish I could get it from somewhere else.

Ever try asking your nearest acura dealer about ordering a service manual? I think they use Helms as well.

 

Actualy, I did. And Radley Acura said try TrakAuto. Of course, Trak doesn't sell Helms, but I went anyway to check out the Haynes manual, but they didn't have any of those either.

I think the '94+ Integras are mixed in with the Civic manual. I tried to look in their Haynes Manual Catalog, but it was about 3 years old. Does anyone know which manual covers the '00 and '01 Integras?

wouldn't even waste my time on the haynes manual...I got one for my other car and didn't even help me out w/ what I needed...not in depth at all and didn't cover a lot of stuff at all...

 

I've got my factory books, but someone here asked about getting SOMETHING.
Oh, and the dealers nowadays don't/won't/can't order Helms manuals, they just give you a little card with their 1-800 number.

 

haaha i found a helms manual for the integra with 50 seconds left on it on ebay and i snagged it at the last second :D

 

i was about to say, they pop up on ebay now and again, best chance when they're not in stock...i must've gotten one of the last ones

 

Thanks for the link Zygspeed. I called another TrakAuto and they had the new one so I picked it up. I'm a novice when it comes to working on cars, so the Haynes will suffice for now. Less than $20. For the price of the Hemls I would expect more...

My full set of Helms (96 general, 97 supplement, R supplement and electrical supplement if I'm not mistaken) came to around $120. But That pretty much coveres it ALL.

Do you really need all of that? I have a 98 and have seen the 98 service manual and that should be all that I need...I know that the 00-01's have a supplement, but it's useless...my friend has one and the one book has everything.
