if you are keeping it stock i would prefer b18c or the b18c5 both would be fun motors to have on the street, In my opinion, don't keep any of our motors stock so it really doesn't matter what motor you get if you where to build it right.

IMHO:
190whp/140tq > 135@5252 on the street is all you will ever need...
GSR with GSR manifold with 11-11.5:1 cr and skunk stage 1 cams
or toda spec As or EF-1 M21s tuned with hondata,
cam gears with 2.25" exhaust:
comptech header, k/n filter and stock box with CAI extension DYI
B/M fpr, 255lph fuel pump with stock injectors
stock HG with ARP studs
ITR valvetrain, intake valves, intake valvesprings and LMAs with
skunk stage 1 cams, 8500rpms stock retainers.
USDM ITR tranny with 4.785 final drive and LSD
7.5lb flywheel, ITR clutch PP/disk/TOB
ES engine mount inserts
This combination will look STOCK AS HELL... and feel like a champ at low
revs and low/lift throttle angles. however, retaining the lower VTEC point
that was designed for this manifold will give you a flat TQ curve with a slight
bump at 62-6500... however this is where the car changes personalities.
The IAB will open the secondaries and the car will pull like a OX. The TQ
multiplier with the 800 more rpms will feel great and natural, falling to about
66-6800rpm when you upshift which this cam will allow you to make power to
about 8600. This combination tuned with another intake manifold may make
a bit more whp/tq... however at the cost of midrange loss and less drivability.
Something like this will feel like a larger displacement motor, more like an
H22 however, without the peaky/falloff nature of that engine in stock form.
just a suggestion.
In a DC2 you could see 13s with this setup without a problem on street tires.
Between you and me, thats a fast freaking integra. lose some weight like
into an EG hatch? ... 11s-12s with the right suspension should be attainable.
