Will eg coil-overs fit an ek?
Just to let the record show i hate calling them eg and ek when generalizing 92-95 civics and 96+ civics, but it prolly made it easier for anyone who looked. Here's the problem, i did a search and only found the same post about ef and eg, but i am getting some coilovers for damn near free from a 95 ex coupe and I wanna know if they will fit on my 97 cx hatch? and by coil-overs i don't mean a full coil-over suspension (i.e. tien, apex'i, etc...)
The fronts will fit for sure, but the rears have to be the forks or it won't fit. Good luck to you. eg's have 2 different kinds of rear struts, ones that fit the integra style lca's and ones that are forked. the forked ones will fit the ek's

it's going to be on gsr rear suspension, it comes with the coil-overs, so you thiunk i still have to change the forks?

if your just getting the "sleeve" type coilovers (ie: GC, Skunk2, etc) than they just go over the stock shocks. but if your getting new shocks as well you may have to get the appropriate shocks for the year of your car.
