homemade turbo kit need help ( manifold)
i am trying to put together a cheap turbo kit . used t3 turbo from thunderbird and am looking at fitting a manifold (obx or boost ) i know the obx isnt supposed to be great but at 200 dollars is all i can afford. ( 225 with downpipe on ebay)is the t3 turbo 4 bolt of 5 bolt and what other manifold options do i have for this manifold. i might source one used. thanks.
the money you save buying the OBX will be negated when you have to spend money later getting all the cracks repaired...just save up $75-100 or some more bucks up and buy a quality one first time around...

im doing the same thing....
i was patient for a few months, and i found a homemade one for 60 bucks.
you could get on mcmaster.com and buy the parts you need if you have a friend that can weld. It would cost you about 60-80 bucks or so.
