I scratched and chipped the hell out of a wheel last week at the track. I ran too hot into a corner, went off-roading, and got back on, but came to a stop sideways on track with a cloud of gravel, dirt, weeds, and dust. The gravel chipped and sawed my wheel.

Can the wheel be sanded and powder coated like new? For how much?
Anybody selling an ITR wheel?
How much for a new ITR wheel at the dealer (assuming they still stock or can order)?

If you sand and powdercoat, it will remove the slightly textured finish of the stock wheel. I paid $150 CAD (~$100 USD) to powdercoat my wheels semi-gloss black, a custom color such as stock would of cost me another $100.

I was quoted $60/hour sandblasting and another $50-125 for powdercoating.

 

ouch! Its only $30 a wheel here is AZ.

I think it would be impossible for them to match the stock wheel. Which means you would have to do all 4 in an alternate color. Decisions decisions!
