Default Built motor hesitating above 5k?

Im trying to break into the 12's with my 92 CX hb,heres the setup or pretty much all I can think off:

B18c1 block w/ Darton sleeves
Endyn 13.0:1 c/r pistons w/ eagle rods
Oil squirters blocked and Prodrive oil pump gear
Cometic HG

Port Flow B16A head
Port and polish
Ferrea Stainless Steel Valves
speical valve job done by Joe Allaniz
Toda B's and Toda valve springs
Jun retiners
mill 35 thousandth
Open chamber to 84.5mm
Type R Manifold
AEM fuel rail and B&M FPR
Stock GSR TB (i know it sux )
Skunk2 cam gears
Greddy Timing Belt

3" Intake w/ Ram air headlight peice
Header Tech SS with 3" merge
B16a Tranny w/ stock diff and stock axles
CM stage 3
CM Flywheel
Chipped ECU w/ dsm Injectors by Cheetah
M&H 22x8x13 on lensos
Jim Fab TQ mounts
Jim Fab crossmember
Fiberglass hatch
Back seats and spare tire removed
Stock GSR suspesion w/ cheap ebay coilovers

The timing set to 12deg.The gas in there was like 1year old so i put a fresh tank of 92oct and got on the highway, varying the rpms and let the motor decelerate the car like it said HERE .I from 1-5k @ WOT it pulls hard and just spins the tires but anything after that it hesitates,(I said bog before, but i think its different then hesitating). The only way to keep it from hesitating is to go light on the throttle, not sure whats cause things.Anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

with 13.1CR you shouldof drain the fuel and put octane much higher then running a year old 92

Well the gas that was left was only about a gallona and is gone.I know im supposed to run a higher octane thats why i retarded the timing to 12deg and not 16-17deg.

Where is the VTEC point set at? This could be potential cause of your problem.

You really need to get the car on a dyno and tune it properly. You've spent some $$$ on building the engine, don't skimp on getting the tuneup right.

Of course, since I do dyno tuning, I'm biased so take my advice with a grain of salt.

I 2nd C_A_T's reply...I'd trash the chipped ecu and get a programmable one, like a Hondata and get it dynotuned according to your specs.

Yea I agree, get some race gas and take that thing to a dyno with at least a VAFC if you can't go with hondata. That will most likely take care of your bog / hesitation.

With my last motor with My toda b's I went so dead lean at 5000 that when I made my first dyno pull the a/f went to like 17 something. I was using a basemap off of someone elses 2.0 and they had spec c's with the same primary lobes and were making 15whp more than I. I would check your a/f ratio because your probably out of fuel. Even after my full throttle map was good i still had to keep adding fuel at 5000 for the part throttle stuff .

Well i put the stock 240cc injectors in there and the same thing is happening but in all rpm area's.So now i tried a stock ecu with a higher fuel pressure and the car runs good but it feels like a stock gsr and def not a 13sec car.Could it possibly be the 92oct and 12deg of dis timing?
