Default just got back from suspension and exhaust install...WOW

now my EK rides soooo much better. My buddy Eric over at supreme power parts hooked me up w/ some tokico illuminas (5 way adj) and some springs. Installed them tonight and can I say what a breeze it was to work on a Honda suspension after working on Audi suspension. Overall the car rides really nice, the drop was only 2.5" from my 4x4 stock suspension. Had the shocks set at '3' to get a feel for things. I'll set it to '5' and see if i notice a difference then down to '1'. But the car has a nice rake to it now, not slammed just looks better and ride better :D.

Then we took off the exhaust and installed the Apexi WS catback WOW! I can't even tell there's an exhaust it's dam quiet...i was a bit skeptical at first because "loud" is so relative to folks but when i put it on and drove around you can barely hear a low grumble. But that's it...perhaps after the system cures and burns itself in the tone might change but so far i'm very happy with it. Wonder how much different the sound will make after a b16 swap? hmmm.

Anyway, so far my daily/project car is taking shape and will make my daily commute that much more enjoyable! I'll post pics in the AM when the sun's out.

tru tru it's all one big domino effect...you start w/ one suspension mod and then you quickly realize that there's something else that'll make the car drive/feel better.

I have to remind myself not to go too crazy as this is my daily! yeah right!

your next purchase should be some thing to fix the camber you have just created .

i know that if they got to align it...the camber readings will be off but just from eyeballing it's not as bad as I had anticipated...
