Unless someone put p/s in from a civic NO CRX ever SOLD in the USA has power steering. I'm not 100% sure about the Canadian models.
But NO USDM do. The car is so small and light though, you really ONLY need it to parallel park. If it has an auto trans it's DPFI. ALL Hf and Si's
are MPFI and 5 speed only. Sunroof=Si only. Some 5 speeds are DPFI.
Hey BTW is this car red? and in NJ?

I know that when it came to the Civics 88-91 in the US, the ONLY hatchback with power steering was a DX with an automatic transmission, all sedans except for the base STD model had power steering (I believe). I am assuming that for the CRX it would be the same as the DX Civic. If it is a CRX (commonly called a CRX DX except that no CRX was dubbed a DX, only CRX, CRX HF, and CRX Si) and not an HF or Si with an automatic it would have power steering.

If it was an Si, it would be gone at that price
If the mileage is correct, It's a great deal.
I think if it's an Hf you are better off than if it's a Dx
Hf= MPFI
Dx=DPFI
Swap A6 head and PM6 ECU, wooooshhhh..........
It's a tough call, on the plus side I've NEVER SEEN a CRX with mileage that low.
Check condition of interior. That's important and check for rust damage or repair. Check the VIN for "ED8" and see if its original engine.
Make a lowball offer.
Then come-up if they laugh at you.if you want it bad enough.

Thanks, yea I know that there is no "official " "DX". LOL
But I'm old school, I go back to the 1G REX's and there was an "official" 1G REX "DX" so I just say that to avoid confusion with the other 2 models, even though, I know that you are correct and I am not. LOL
PS In Canada they call that model: CRX standard or STD. LOL

There are some Canadian SI's that are Automatic. Also there is a CRX with Power Steering/Locks/Windows/Mirrors in Canada. It was only for the 1991 CRX Special Edition (SE). Only 250 were made in what they call "Vogue"silver.

Yes there is the front bumper, where the seat belt is located, wheels, taillights, the corners, the wedges, rear disk brakes and some other stuff.

That's up to you really. At this point its getting harder and harder to find ANY
CRX's period. In the past two years I see less & less for sale and when you do they are high mileage and beat down.
No-ones selling their low-mileage Si's EVER. LOL
And if they are, they want $4000.00- $5000.00
Might have to take what you can find. Unless you know what to look for you can't tell the difference between 88-89 and 90-91 quickly.
But I bet any long time member here can.

Good thing you threw that disclaimer in there. I can identify them real fast. Only ones I can't tell apart from a quick glance are the 90 from the 91, other wise I can give year (88,89, 90/91) and trim level (Hf, DX, Si) from a glance if it is a good angle. Once your addicted you'll get the hang of it. If your really addicted you can do the 1Gs too, the 86 and 87 are the same, but the other years are all different (84 had different designation, like 1.3 instead of Hf, 84 and 85 had recessed headlights, HFs all got wings and more aerodynamic bumpers, Si's all got spoilers and rear wipers, 86/87 got bumpers with a bigger inlet)
