Is this bad?
this is what happens when your at the top of the 1320 and power shift into 2ND GEAR!!!!! My friend Alex would kick my *** if he knew I posted these pic's of his old motor on the internet.... We were at California Speeday one day a month or so ago and me and him were grudging all day. We went home and decided to do one more run later that night.... Bad idea... I snapped an axle off the line, get towed into the parking lot.... and wait. here comes alex, on the back of another tow truck.... make a long story short, I took his axle and drove home and towed his car the next day...... Had to show how bad this thing ended up!!!

you've gotta think about it like this... he was at the top of third gear 8500rpm and slammed it into second with his foot still on the throttle....... when his car got towed over to where I was he was like "Is my car going to run anymore"???

doing some quick math, and assuming 3rd tops out at 90, thats the equivalent of bringing the engine to around 12000 rpm.

did he have that custom tranny where the second was AFTER third

yeah, I was pissed... I called the 24 hour autozone before I saw my friend being towed out to where I was.... We were there until like 3am, with only healights to guide my work!!! Plus I had to sit at the track for my bro in law to drive back home to west covina (30-40 min drive each way) to get my tools, jack, etc. Since we had gone home already, we had unloaded too......... shouldn't have gone back

I'm reading these posts at 2:20AM. I have my headphones on jammin to music. The house is SO quiet and everyone is sleeping. I get to where i (bolded) it and bust out laughing like a hyena.... lol.. woke my dad up and he just bitched me out
