Since this is such a hot ECHC area, I thought I'd post it here. Some updates tonight to the rulebook. All relatively minor stuff...

- Change H1 S2000 weight to 2600
- Clarification on strut tower braces
- Clarification on upper shock mounts
- Clarification that brake splash shields may be removed *or* used to facilitate brake ducts
- Specifically spelled out that cruise control and associated mechanisms can be removed
- Aded a line, just in case, stating that driver cooling systems like "cool suits" are allowed
