Is the Price "Right"

Is a 1997 Type R with 75k miles worth $7500. The body of the car is very clean, however, I know that its been raced....Hard. The owner of the car owns a performance shop.

I'm going to the shop tomorrow to talk to the owner about the condition of the motor and what upgrade he did to the car.

price looks good but seems too cheap for an itr...

Probably salvage title, but hey if it's all there mechanically you cant go wrong for $7500.
