Any difference in EX and Si V-tec solenoids 99-00?

Any difference in EX and Si V-tec solenoids 99-00? Is there any power gain to switch Si solenoid with my Ex?

No, there is not any gains to switching the solenoid. And yes, they are the same part.

the only difference is that the vtec press sensor will be to the front of the car
