Will bad motor mounts on a 91 mazda 323 cause the alignment to go out?

 

Not unless the suspension is mounted to the motor. Bad mounts can screw up axles and CV's by putting them at bad angles but not the suspension. Bad mounts can also damage exhaust flex mounts, pull wires and hoses loose, or fail worse and let the motor drop. I have heard of several VW's with the VR6 motor dropping the motor on the gound, insurance totalled both of them.
