First off, there is no USDM Type-S, so somebody is lying to you.

USDM Type S????? never heard of them.
but 650 for pistons and Camshafts from a JDM Type S is a steal. Pick em both up and resell the pistons if you dont want them, or just put them away for when you want to rebuild the block to go NA....then bust em out....if not Ebay gets some pretty high prices, just look around at the prices going on just the Type S cams alone
