Exahust issue?
I'm not sure how to explain it. But my exhaust has been making a funny grumble sometimes at low RPMs. Maybe it's a light back fire but all I have is an intake. I didn't notice it till I was driving in downtown SF, could something have come loose? It sounds like my exhaust is farting or something. Any ideas. This is a bone stock exhaust.
whats the best way to reproduce the sound consistantly.. I was gonan take it to acura and have a tech inspect it right quick but not sure how to consistantly reproduce the sound?

If there is a hole in the exhaust.....it will sound like a ricer exhaust. Loud exhaust noise and a rumbling farting sound.
If it is a vibration you feel through the cabin, an exhaust rubber hanger might be loose or ripping. Check all the rubber hangers. If it is loose it will be a consistent knocking sound at idle coming from the back.

is it a custom exhaust system? is it mandrel bent or press bent? if its a custom system thats pressed bent, its the pressed bent piping thats making that sound. i had a custom exhaust system and had it pressed bent and it made that sound. go mandrel bent or get a manufacture exhaust system.
