What's the best spray paint that's the closest to CW?
How about Krylon #3510 Ivory Satin?
Seriously, I don't think you will find anything that really matches, unless it is custom mixed. Why not go to a body shop and have them order or mix the real thing?

Your local auto paint store (Sherwin Williams here) ought to be able to mix some champ white up for you. The one here requires a minumum amount = about enough to fil three aerosol cans worth. Ran about 80 bucks for Flamenco Black.
I didnt end up getting any (sold the del Sol as was), so I cant comment on how good, or bad, it is

I used to paint cars, and the shop that sold me the paint does mix paint and put it on an aerosol can. Kinda costly, but better than trying to find something that matches. Look around your area for a good automotive paint supply store. They should help..
As said above, a local auto paint supply will be able to mix up a rattle-can for you. (Normally they do have a 3 can minimun though.)
Also: Spray can finishes (sans clear) appear duller that factory paint. FYI

Go to a hobby shop if your project is really low budget. I looked around for some CW-like paint when I did one of those ITR models, and I found a color called racing white or something like that. Pretty close. If you're project is on the small side, the real CW touch-up paint is actually pretty cheap for a small bottle. If you're doing something large, just get the real deal from a paint shop. You'll be glad you spent the extra $.

I'm only actually looking to paint the scuff plates on my hood locks to match the car. I really don't like the chrome finish.
$80 is too much just to paint these small things. But then its a bit too big to use touch up paint on.
Anyways, I found this place called TowerPaint, located in WI. Has anybody ever used them? A lot of ClubSi members buy EBP from them. I don't know. I guess I'll give this place a shot since, if you read my other post, the lip on my CW ITR wheels are starting to peel
