Installed 6A do I need plastic shield inside distributor???
I just installed the MSD 6A in my 99 DX and damaged the plastic shield thing that goes under the rotor and covers the stock coil. I finished the install and left this shield out....now my car is having a mild misfiring problem only under load and more than %30 throttle. anyone know if not using this shield can cause misfiring problems? or is it a bad connection/ground? THANKS!!!
