Well you guys, what do you think I need to bring my 97 integra GS-R into the 14-14.5 1/4 mile range? I'm talking about modifications that don't require me to pull my block out of the car either.

Easiest way...75 shot ZEX and slicks.

on streets, full interior, I'd say Cams and the usual I/H/E will get you mid-low 14's with a good launch. Full interior/street tire times are better, because you can fool yourself and get beat by slower cars at the track. 75shot I/H/E will get you 14 flats on streets, or high 13's easily. HTH, -C

I/H/E with a good spring/shock combo, a decent clutch and good tires should net a 14.4 for an experienced driver...imo

Maybe on Drag radials/slicks. I've never seen it myself (I know It's possible). In that case, I should run 14.0's at least. -C

IHE, stronger clutch, lightweight flywheel, and CTR cams. that will have you running 14.5s. You might want to add in a VAFC for a little tuning, as the CTR cams will probably like a slightly different crossover into VTEC than the GSR cams

I/H/E, upgraded clutch and lightened flywheel should get you into those times
