i wanna see some cam comparisons for my mini me i have bout 12:1 cr and ported head with skunk intake and bisi header 3 angle valve job and 4.9 fd si tranny , 9 lbs flywheel act street clutch hd presure plate
what one u think would work best before i spend 300 -500 bucks

honestly, with those mods you listed, id get something quite a bit more agressive to fully take advantage of the power. something like crower stage 2 NA at the least.that motor tuned should have you in the 160+ range easily.

 

well what cams do u guys suggest was thinkin like maybe ef-1 or exospeed?

give Will a call. I dont know much about sohc vtec cams, but i know will knows his **** and backs up his products, especially non vtec cams, and im sure he has some special secret sohc vtec grind. hehe.

 

damn dude your setup sounds badass . I'm looking to get this cam too for my y8. Does anybody know if they came out with the one specifically for the y8 yet and not the z6? I know the z6 will fit, but i'd rather have one that was made to work in mine. I've called zex and they said they have it, but they've been on back order forever or something.
