I have just finished B16a swap into my CRX. It fires up fine and runs smooth, but when I shut down the a wheezing noise comes from the intake. The only description was a little like Darth Vader breathing. Is this normal?

 

If its the sound im thinkin of then YES its normal. It commonly happens after adding an aftermarket intake.

 

it kinda sounds like a valve being purged, or...opening a giant 2 liter bottle after shaking it a bit...if thats the sound, its definetly normal. its because of the filter
