Default To the ZDYNE peeps / error message question

Everytime i try to upload a progarm i get

Check Sum Error:

"Check sum was not received from the SECU within the timeout period. It may not have performed the intended table change. "

I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong, the ECU has power so i'm not sure what's goin on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

make sure the car is in the ON position, start all over and do the correct sequence, i used to get that when trying to upload or download programs without making sure i did it in the correct sequence.
i would first have the computer on, with zdyne already started, then i would plug it in, then turn the car to the ON position.

yeah the Zdyne is sweet as hell, it'll be better when they add the datalogging soon. It seems exspensive but it's WELL worth every penny.
