Do anybody know if the 96 teg back brake caliper fit into an 92 teg?

 

yes it should fit

 

You might have to get custom brake lines, but as long as you get the brackets along with the caliper, they should fit.

 

Thank you guys very much. Save me some money from going to buy a set of caliper for an 92 teg.

Another question before I do the swap. I know the 96 calpiers are ABS, would it matter?

shouldn't matter, but why get an older caliper? Get a newer one for cheap that's guaranteed to fit your car. PM me for details....

I think I'd double check this, b/c I know the G2 'tegs used 2 different rear calipers.

 

It does fit with no problems. My friend just did a 99 integra rear calipers on his 92 swap. They use the same brake pads too.

 

I just thought they are ABS calipers and my car or swap is an NON ABS systems.

No such thing as ABS caliper on the integra, as the ABS doesn't work at that level within the brake system.

'92 is the first G2 rear caliper compatible w/ the G3; '90-'91 are not.
